Consent to receive advertising information

Acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with the Federal Law of 13.03.2006 № 38-FZ «On Advertising», I give my consent to LLC «Jug Ru Group», OGRN 1177847388465, INN 7801341446, KPP 780101001, Registered address: 199004, St. Petersburg, V.O. 9th line, 34, Lit. A, office. 500, (hereinafter referred to as the Company), to receive advertising information (including in the form of advertising mailings) about special/personal offers, promotions, new services, events, discounts and other information related, among other things, to the Company, its partners, the Company’s Loyalty Program, sent by means of:

  • e-mail newsletters to the e-mail address.

One can opt out of receiving advertising information (including in the form of advertising mailings) at any time in any of the ways:

  • by sending a free-form written application to the Company’s address specified above, with mandatory indication of surname, first name, patronymic and e-mail address;
  • by sending a free-form request to the e-mail address — support@jugru.team, with mandatory indication of surname, first name, patronymic and e-mail address;
  • by unsubscribing from the advertising mailing via the «Unsubscribe» button located in each e-mail sent to the e-mail address.

Personal data processing consent

Acting freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ «On Personal Data» (hereinafter — 152-FZ), I give my consent to LLC «Jug Ru Group», OGRN 1177847388465, INN 7801341446, KPP 780101001, Registered address: 199004, St. Petersburg, V.O. 9th line, 34, Lit. A, office. 500, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), for processing of personal data on the following conditions:

Purpose of processing personal data: Sending advertising mailings.

List of personal data: Surname, first name, patronymic; E-mail address.

Ways of personal data processing: Automated.

List of actions with personal data: Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

Third parties processing personal data on behalf of the Operator:

  • Name of third party: LLC «Mindbox».
  • Purpose of processing: provision and technical support of Mindbox platform; provision of hosting services.
  • Address: 125124, Moscow, 26 Pravdy St., Business Center «Severnoe Siyanie», floor 12.


Consent duration:Until receipt of refusal to receive advertising mailings and/or withdrawal of personal data processing consent.

The consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his/her representative by sending an application to the Operator to the address: 199004, St. Petersburg, V.O. 9th line, 34, Lit. A, office. A, office. 500 or by e-mail to support@jugru.team.

Upon receipt of withdrawal of personal data processing consent, the Operator stops sending advertising mailings to the subject.

In case the personal data subject revokes his/her personal data processing consent, the Operator has the right to continue personal data processing without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11, part 1, Article 6, paragraph 1 of the 152-FZ.
